Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Credit & Debit card payments.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Switch cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
Delivery charges are made by the total weight of items ordered, and are shipped using Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
The cost for shipment will be shown during the checkout process.
Delivery Schedule
If your selected items are in stock, we usually ship your order the next working day.
Depending on which Royal Mail service is used, you will normally receive your order with in 2 - 3 days, but please allow 3 - 7 working days for your order to arrive, not including weekends or bank holidays.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with every product purchased from
Whitehall Clothiers, If for any reason you wish to return a product to us, you may do so by returning them clean and unworn in there original packaging within 14 days from receiving them, for a full refund of the purchase price.
Please contact us before returning any item to us within 7days, beginning the day after receiving the goods.
We guarantee to replace or refund faulty products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post, therefore, we advise you to obtain a receipt for proof of posting and that they are adequately insured. It is the responsibility of the customer to meet the cost of postage on items returned, except where a substitute item was sent due to the original item being unavailable.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any product purchased from this website, for a full refund less delivery charges.
To cancel you must notify us within 7 days, beggining the day after receiving your order.
